All items in stock will ship out right away. Items purchased on a Sunday will ship out on Monday. Some items are made to order and not kept in stock. You'll receive these items within 14-30 days and will be notified of this when selecting the product. Shipping will be calculated at the time of payment.

Lost or Stolen Deliveries
Priority Purchasers: If the tracking information confirms delivery and customer cannot find package, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will file a claim with the shipper; this process may take up to 30 days. After the claim is closed, the shipper may deem items lost or stolen, if the customer purchased 'Priority' shipping, a refund will be issued or new goods will be shipped out. All other forms of shipping, other than 'Priority', will not be reissued the goods or receive a refund. Only those who ship 'Priority' will be able to get a refund or receive new goods if items are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
